بهيجة حافظ (1912–1983) ممثلة وكاتبة ومنتجة مصرية عملت في السينما من 1930 إلى 1966. اشتغلت في أدوار تمثيلية وكتابة وموسيقى وإنتاج عبر 18 عملاً، من بينها فيلم «زينب» (1930) وفيلم «ليلي البدوية» (1944) حيث عملت في التمثيل والكتابة والموسيقى، وفيلم «زهرة السوق» (1947) الذي شاركت فيه في التمثيل والكتابة والإنتاج. آخر أعمالها المسجلة كان دورها في فيلم «القاهرة 30» (1966) حيث جسدت شخصية إكرام هانم نيروز.Bahiga Hafez (1912–1983) was an Egyptian actress, writer, and producer who worked in cinema from 1930 to 1966.
