Posters and stills are copyrighted, so MENAScreenDB never scrapes or hosts artwork it has no rights to — every image on the site entered via rights-holder upload, an explicit licence, or Wikimedia Commons, with its source and licence stored on the record (the method, disclosed). Uploads run through a keyed, moderated API; a public web form cannot carry those credentials honestly, so for now submissions go person-to-person through the artwork desk below. Every submission is reviewed before anything is shown.

Professionals with a verified claimed profile can upload their own headshot from their claims console — same moderation, recorded as subject-provided. This is the keyed upload flow this page promised.

Email the artwork desk with the title, the kind of image (poster, still, headshot, logo), who you are, and your rights basis — the template below is pre-filled. Arabic or English, both work.

API consumers with the write:artwork scope can submit programmatically via POST /api/v1/artwork/upload-intent — same rules, same moderation queue. For factual corrections (not artwork), use the corrections form.
